For the past decade my professional focus has been on developing recruitment and career strategies for clients and candidates across the country. I have worked across multiple divisions with global agencies and developed on site services with some of the leading RPO providers within major Australian organisations. Before we embarked on Talentpath I developed a global sourcing strategy for one of Queensland’s major employers.

I am a Co-founder and Director of the business and also focus on the management of our HR & Executive Division. I have a hands on role at Talentpath with a key focus on developing an internal culture where exceeding expectations is the norm, not the exception. I am privileged to be building long term career and recruitment partnerships with some of Brisbane’s most talented HR Professionals & Executives.
